Lodges and Caravan Holiday Homes to Hire and to Buy on Caravan Parks in Scotland

Scotland is the ideal destination for caravan holidays, whether touring with your own caravan or staying in a caravan holiday home. Thistle Holiday Parks have lodges and caravan holiday homes for hire for holidays and for sale. Some caravan parks have a swimming pool, a restaurant and a bar. Thistle Parks have high standards of facilities and services, of a 4- or 5-star standard, with holiday homes owned by the parks, so kept in tip-top condition.

Glamping: Why not try something new, and go glamping with your partner or your family.  These are wooden structures, some quite basic, others luxurious!  .

Christmas and New Year:   If you are planning to get away for a few days over the holiday, then some of our parks still have availablity, so check out this page.  http://www.thistleparks.co.uk/selfcatering/park-availability.php

Buying a Holiday Home: Many of our caravan parks have holiday homes and lodges for sale and this could be a good investment for the future.  If you are on holiday this autumn, talk with the park-owner to see what may be available for next year.    For information on caravans and lodges for sale   Willerby, the leading manufacturer, has a whole new range of super holiday homes and lodges.

When to come:  Autumn can be the best time of year to visit Scotland,  Sparkling colours, roads and visitor attractions less busy, shorter days, time to be cosy in a holiday home..

Children Welcome:  Parks have safe play areas for kids and often a games room.  Many parks welcome pets; look for the dog symbol on the entries.
Which park is where? You can search alphabetically.  Or  search by area . Or by key criteria by using the Search by Recreation/Facility at the top of this page.  .

Accessibility: Some parks have lodges or caravans adapted for guests with a mobility impairment; this is shown by  Wheelchair Access.on their entry, which the parks add;  Thistle Holiday Parks do not check.  Parks may also show the D symbol to indicate accessible facilities on the park. However, we recommend that you speak with the park before you book, ask if they can send their access statement or can answer your questions..  Parks which do have access statements are Mortonhall in Edinburgh, Tantallon in North Berwick, Belhaven in Dunbar, and Red Deer near Glasgow.  Plus Craig Tara in Ayr and Seton Sands on the Firth of Forth near Edinburgh.  Blairgowrie Holiday Park at Blairgowrie and Lomond Woods Holiday Park at Loch Lomond have also drawn up statements.
