Five Roads Caravan Park

A quiet haven near the small historic town of Alyth. The perfect place to relax and get away from it all. A friendly welcome is guaranteed by Simon and Sarah Dunn. There is a small inn just yards from the park's entrance where tasty meals are served at a very reasonable price. There are plenty activities in the surrounding area for the more adventurous - walking, trekking through the Angus Glens, fishing and golf.. Please note that we do not have holiday homes where pets are permitted.We have WIFI.

Our glamping pod:  Are you new to camping?  If so, try our glamping pod.  It  has room for 4 people, electric lights, heating, a kettle, a fridge, two ring hob, TV and a microwave.  You need bring only your sleeping bag, towels, and eating/drinking utensils.

Alyth is a short walk from the park, with its bars, restaurants, takeaways, cafes and supermarket. We have a farm shop right at the gates of the park selling fresh produce every day.

Tourist attractions within easy reach:
Attractions in the area include castles, hill-walking, golf, fishing, pony-trekking, off-road driving, the list is endless. Glamis Castle is not far.  Makre sure you plan a few days with us and we will help you plan your visits.   Also nearby is the Den of Alyth, a Site of Special Scientific Interest, a deciduous woodland which is home to a variety of wildlife.  Often spotted among the oak, ash and birch trees are tree-creepers and great tits, and dippers and grey wagtails are found by the waterside. 

As for walking, you are spoiled for choice because the Angus Glens are one of the top destinations in Scotland, whether you want low-level walks or more challenging ones, such as the Cateran Trail.

Directions:  Alyth is north west of DundeeFrom Blairgowrie take the A926 (Blairgowrie road). Four and a half miles from Blairgowrie turn left at Blackbird Inn!
