Sands Caravan and Camping

Situated on the beautiful west coast of Scotland, we are just a few miles from the internationally renowned Inverewe Garden. With spectacular views across to the Isle of Skye and the Outer Hebrides, Gairloch has a great deal to offer the visitor. We are situated beside our own south-west facing beach, with unspoiled golden sand and sparkling clear water.  An ideal location for those who love outdoor activities but equally for those who prefer relaxing and the beach life.

Holiday Caravans

Our five thistle graded holiday homes are situated on the park with views over the sea to Skye. All our caravans are attractively decorated with spacious lounge, two or three comfortable bedrooms, a well planned kitchen and a bathroom. All rooms are heated, whilst the kitchen has a modern cooker, a fridge and a microwave. The bathroom has a shower and plenty of hot water to come home to after a day's exploring in the area.

Pets are not permited in our caravan holiday homes.

Come and stay in one of our 12 heated wooden Wigwams (4 small and 8 large).  This is a fun alternative and a unique holiday experience that gives you that great feeling of being at one with nature. Like camping outdoors, but with the comfort of your own heated Wigwam. All our wigwams have electric light, standard UK plug sockets and a panel heater as well as a picnic table, fire pit and BBQ slab for placing disposable BBQ’s on outside. Each Wigwam has a cushioned seating area with boards which can be used to make one large sleeping area, free standing table, shelf area and kettle.

We have a choice of 8 large and 4 small wigwams and, while cooking is not permitted within the Wigwams, there is an indoor cooking and eating area close by with fridge, freezer, hob and microwave.

Wigwams are all pet-friendly.

Prices:  Wigwams: from £48 per night, based on two people.

Caravan holiday homes:  from £545-£750 per week.
